III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required
Cauzione provvisoria di importo pari a 159 525,78 EUR valida per 360 giorni dalla data di scadenza per la presentazione delle offerte. Qualora la procedura dovesse avere durata superiore a 360 giorni, considerato il sub procedimento di verifica delle anomalie, verrà richiesta ai concorrenti appendice di proroga della validità del deposito cauzionale provvisorio. Come stabilito dal capitolato speciale d'appalto, in fase di esecuzione e verrà richiesta cauzione definitiva mediante polizza bancaria o assicurativa.

In parte con proventi da cessioni di azioni AEM, in parte con avanzo di amministrazione ed in parte con mutuo cassa depositi e prestiti.
