Cauzione provvisoria: importo EUR 2 % = corrispettivo complessivo a disposizione (o, eventualmente, in misura ridotta nei casi previsti dall’art. 75, comma 7, D.Lgs. 163/2006 e ss.mm.ii.) e validità non inferiore a 180 giorni decorrenti dalla data di presentazione delle offerte, oltre all’impegno del garante a rinnovare la garanzia nel caso in cui, al momento della sua scadenza, non sia ancora intervenuta l’aggiudicazione.
Impegno di un fideiussore a rilasciare la cauzione definitiva per l’esecuzione del contratto ex art. 113 D.Lgs. 163/2006, pena l’esclusione dalla gara.

Per la verifica del presente requisito ex art. 48 D.Lgs. 163/2006 e ss.mm.ii. è richiesta la seguente documentazione (modalità ex art. 8 disciplinare): copia in formato digitale delle dichiarazioni IVA relative agli anni 2007-2008-2009.

Per il requisito della presente sezione è richiesta dichiarazione ex D.P.R. 445/2000 resa ex art. 4 lett. A) del disciplinare; per raggruppamenti e consorzi: cfr. art. 5 del disciplinare.
Per la verifica del presente requisito ex art. 48 D.Lgs. 163/2006 e ss.mm.ii. è richiesta la seguente documentazione (modalità ex art. 8 disciplinare):

VI.3)ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

La presente procedura è svolta mediante l’ausilio di sistemi informatici e l’utilizzazione del sistema di intermediazione telematica di regione Lombardia denominato "Sintel", al quale è possibile accedere attraverso il punto di presenza sulle reti telematiche all’indirizzo internet corrispondente all’URL www.centraleacquisti.regione.lombardia.it.

Il sistema è messo a disposizione da Lombardia informatica SpA ai sensi della legge regionale Lombardia n. 14/1997, in particolare art. 3 comma 7, nonché della legge regionale Lombardia n. 33/2007, in particolare art. 1 comma 6. La descrizione del sistema e della piattaforma informatica su cui si basa è contenuta nel disciplinare di gara.
Il domicilio eletto per tutte le comunicazioni è la funzionalità della piattaforma Sintel "Comunicazioni della procedura".
Oneri di sicurezza da interferenza pari a 0 per tutti i lotti.
Per modalità di formulazione e presentazione offerta: cfr. art. 4 e 6 del disciplinare. Per raggruppamenti e consorzi cfr. art. 5 del disciplinare. Cause di esclusione ex art. 9 del disciplinare.
In caso di avvalimento: cfr art. 3 del disciplinare.
Il contratto non conterrà la clausola compromissoria.
Termine ultimo per richiedere chiarimenti indirizzo ex punto I.1, secondo le modalità art. 10 del disciplinare: 7.10.2010. L’Amministrazione si riserva la facoltà di: sospendere o non aggiudicare la gara qualora nessuna offerta sia ritenuta conveniente o idonea in relazione all’oggetto del contratto ai sensi dell’art. 81, comma 3, D.Lgs. 163/2006 ovvero qualora, nelle more dello svolgimento procedura, Consip SpA attivi una convenzione per un servizio corrispondente a quello oggetto di affidamento ed avente parametri prezzo-qualità più convenienti; i concorrenti non hanno diritto a compensi, indennizzi, rimborsi, altro.
Subappalto ammesso ex art. 118 D.Lgs. 163/2006; vietata cessione contratto.
Il mezzo di comunicazione prescelto è la funzionalità "Comunicazioni della procedura" della piattaforma Sintel.
Per tutti i lotti l’attività principale è rappresentata dalla fornitura, come descritto nel capitolato speciale d’oneri, l’attività secondaria è rappresentata dalla disponibilità dei pezzi di ricambio originali per 5 anni a partire dalla data di consegna.
La presente procedura è stata indetta con decreto del dirigente della struttura acquisti contratti e patrimonio n. 8220 del 26.8.2010.
