Cauzione provvisoria 2 % della base d’asta, importo eventualmente ridotto in ragione di quanto stabilito dall’art. 75 del D.Lgs. n. 163/2006. Da prestare secondo le modalità e le condizioni stabilite nel capitolato amministrativo e speciale d’appalto. L’aggiudicatario dovrà, altresì, prestare una cauzione definitiva secondo quanto stabilito nel capitolato medesimo.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Pena l’esclusione dalla gara, ciascun concorrente (impresa singola/RTI/consorzio) deve soddisfare, anche ai sensi di quanto stabilito nel capitolato amministrativo e speciale d’appalto, le seguenti condizioni:
a) Iscrizione per attività inerenti l’oggetto del presente appalto nel Registro delle imprese o, se cooperativa, nell’apposito registro o in uno dei registri professionali o commerciale dello Stato di residenza, se si tratta di uno Stato della Unione europea, in conformità con quanto previsto dall’art. 39, D.Lgs. n. 163/2006;
b) Autorizzazioni alla distribuzione intermedia dei prodotti oggetto della gara.
c) Non sussistenza dei motivi di esclusione di cui all’art. 38 del D.Lgs. n. 163/2006.

— il fatturato globale dell’anno 2009, che deve essere pari ad almeno due volte l’importo a base di gara,
— il fatturato per forniture uguali od analoghe a quelle oggetto della gara nel triennio 2007-2008-2009, che complessivamente deve essere almeno pari a 3 volte l’importo a base di gara.
