Cauzione definitiva: 10 % dell'importo contrattuale con le modalità di cui all'art. 113 del D.Lgs. n. 163/06.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Le imprese dovranno dichiarare il possesso dei prescritti requisiti (art. 38 D.Lgs. 163/06) compilando la scheda di autodichiarazione.
III.2.2)Economic and financial ability
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: In caso di partecipazione dei soggetti di cui all’art. 34 comma 1 lettere d), e), f), del D.Lgs. 163/2006 e s.m.i. il requisito di cui al precedente punto III.2.2 potrà essere posseduto nell’ambito del raggruppamento/consorzio/gruppo con la precisazione che l’impresa capogruppo dovrà possedere almeno il 50 % del requisito e in caso di aggiudicazione la medesima impresa capogruppo dovrà assumere la parte maggioritaria del servizio. In caso di partecipazione dei soggetti di cui all’art. 34 comma 1 lettere b) e c) del D.Lgs. n. 163/06 i requisiti di cui ai punti III.2.2) e III.2.3) dovranno essere posseduti e comprovati secondo le modalità previste dall’articolo 35 del D.Lgs 163/06. In caso di ricorso agli istituti dell’avvalimento e del subappalto le Imprese dovranno conformarsi a quanto disposto rispettivamente agli articoli 49 e 118 del D.Lgs. 163/06.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Fatturato globale d'impresa negli anni 2008/2009/2010 (somma dei fatturati) pari ad almeno 15 000 000,00 EUR, IVA esclusa. Le Imprese di recente costituzione potranno dichiarare il proprio fatturato, ancorché relativo a pochi mesi, che verrà rapportato in proporzione al triennio.

In caso di partecipazione dei soggetti di cui all’art. 34 comma 1 lettere d), e), f), del D.Lgs. 163/2006 e s.m.i., il requisito di cui al precedente punto III.2.3 dovrà essere posseduto per intero dall’impresa capogruppo o da una delle imprese raggruppate. In caso di partecipazione dei soggetti di cui all’art. 34 comma 1 lettere b) e c) del D.Lgs. n. 163/06 i requisiti di cui ai punti III.2.2) e III.2.3) dovranno essere posseduti e comprovati secondo le modalità previste dall’articolo 35 del D.Lgs 163/06. In caso di ricorso agli istituti dell’avvalimento e del subappalto le Imprese dovranno conformarsi a quanto disposto rispettivamente agli articoli 49 e 118 del D.Lgs. 163/06.

Almeno un servizio (contratto) similare a quello oggetto di appalto (servizio di sterilizzazione o servizio di sterilizzazione con fornitura in noleggio di strumentario chirurgico), effettuato nei 3 anni antecedenti la data di scadenza del presente bando, per conto di enti pubblici e/o privati, di importo pari ad almeno 10 000 000,00 EUR, IVA esclusa (compresi i contratti iniziati precedentemente e quelli in corso).
