Bezüglich der restlichen Bedingungen wird auf die Vorschriften der Wettbewerbsbedingungen verwiesen. Vorwiegende Kategorie: O S 6 EUR 565 807,48;

Terms and method of payment: Innerhalb des oben genannten Verfallstermin. Die Bekanntmachung ist von der Internetseite www.provincia.bz.it/Ausschreibungen, nach vorheriger Registrierung herunterladbar. Die weiteren Wettbewerbsunterlagen werden auf Cd-Rom zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese ist mittels Fax (+39 0471354566), welcher die Bezeichnung, die vollständigen Adresse, die Telefon- und Faxnummer und die E-Mail-Adresse der Firma, enthält, nach vorheriger Überweisung einer Spesenvergütung von 25 EUR, zu bestellen. Die Spesenvergütung von 25 EUR hat mittels Überweisung auf das Schatzamtskonto der Gemeinde Jenesien bei der Raiffeisenkasse Bozen - Filiale Jenesien Iban I T 34 D 08081 58800 000302003805 wobei als Einzahlungsgrund "Ausschreibung Volks- und Mittelschule Jenesien, 3.Baulos - architektonischer Teil" anzugeben ist, zu erfolgen. Die Bestätigung über die erfolgte Einzahlung muss zusammen mit dem Fax übermittelt werden. Die Cd-Rom kann bei der Gemeinde Jenesien, 9.(39-00--) 12:00 Uhr werktags, nach 5 Tagen ab dem Verschicken des Fax abgeholt werden. Auch im Falle eines Abholens durch einen Kurier muss der Tag der Abholung angegeben werden.

Auf Anfrage wird die Cd-Rom innerhalb von 5 Tagen ab Erhalt des Bestellungsfaxes mittels Einschreibebrief übermittelt. In die gesamten Unterlagen kann in der Gemeinde Jenesien 09:00 – 12:00 Uhr werktags nach telefonischer Voranmeldung kostenlos Einsicht genommen werden.

Der von diesem System verwendete Wortlaut (it)"Capitolato d'oneri" entspricht dem Wortlaut (it) "Disciplinare di gara". Die Ortbesichtigung des Areals wo die Arbeiten durchgeführt werden, in Jenesien, Schrann Nr.4, ist obligatorisch verlangt. Fristen für die Durchführung des Auftrags: 210 aufeinander folgende Kalendertage, die mit dem Tag nach dem Datum des Übergabeprotokolls der Arbeiten anlaufen. Diese Bestimmung überwiegt gegenüber anderlautende Bestimmungen dieser Bekanntmachung. Auskünfte: ausschließlich mittels Fax bis spätestens 8 Tage vor Abgabetermin, bei der Kontaktstelle I.1) Es können nur jene Firmen ein Angebot einreichen, welche die Cd-Rom, welche die Wettbewerbsunterlagen enthält, bei der Gemeinde Jenesien gekauft haben. Eventuelle Mitteilungen / Richtigstellungen bezüglich der in der Cd-Rom enthaltenen Projektunterlagen und der Wettbewerbsbedingungen und Anlagen werden ausschliesslich jenen Firmen erteilt - mittels Fax oder auch nur mittels E-Mail - welche die Cd-Rom, welche die Wettbewerbsunterlagen enthält, bei der Gemeinde Jenesien gekauft haben.
