Per poter partecipare alla procedura i concorrenti devono costituire una garanzia provvisoria a corredo dell’offerta pari a 194 000 EUR (euro centonovantaquattromila/00) di durata non inferiore a 180 (centoottanta) giorni solari consecutivi decorrenti dal termine ultimo per la ricezione dell’offerta.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Il prestatore di servizi dovrà essere in possesso dei requisiti di ordine generale indicati all’art. 38, comma 1, del D.Lgs. 12.4.2006 n. 163, dal medesimo attestati ai sensi del comma 2 della stessa disposizione utilizzando, preferibilmente, il modulo di dichiarazione unica allegato al disciplinare della presente gara.
Inoltre, il prestatore di servizi dovrà essere in possesso dei requisiti di idoneità professionale indicati all’art. 39 del D.Lgs. 12.4.2006 n. 163 (iscrizione nel Registro della Camera di commercio, industria, artigianato e agricoltura al fine dello svolgimento di attività d’impresa inerente l’oggetto dell’appalto).

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Ai sensi degli artt. 27 e 28 della L.R. 7.8.2007 n. 5, la dimostrazione della capacità economica e finanziaria e della capacità tecnica e professionale del prestatore di servizi dovrà essere resa mediante una dichiarazione contenente il fatturato globale del prestatore e l’importo relativo alle prestazioni di servizi nel settore oggetto della presente procedura (servizi meglio precisati nel disciplinare) realizzate nei 3 esercizi antecedenti la pubblicazione del presente bando (tale importo complessivo, a pena di esclusione, deve essere almeno pari a quello a base d’asta).
