Cauzione provvisoria, per singolo lotto, ai sensi dell’art. 75 del codice dei contratti pubblici, pari ad 3 455,00 EUR (per il lotto 1) ed 1 324,00 EUR (per il lotto 2), equivalente al 2 % (duepercento) dell’importo complessivo del lotto, a base d’asta, costituita, in alternativa, mediante cauzione o fideiussione.
Ai sensi dell’art. 113 del codice dei contratti pubblici sarà richiesta cauzione definitiva pari al 10 % dell’importo di aggiudicazione, al netto dell’IVA.
