Die provisorische Kaution beträgt 2 % des Ausschreibungsbetrages.
Gemäß Art. 113 des ges. vertr. Dekretes vom 12.4.2006 Nr. 163 beträgt die endgültige Kaution 10 Prozent des Lieferungsbetrages, der aus dem Angebot der Übernehmerfirma bei der Vergabesitzung hervorgeht.
Im Falle von Zuschlägen mit Versteigerungsabschlägen über 10 % wird die Kaution gemäß den vom Art. 113 des ges. vertr. Dekretes vom 12.4.2006 erhöht.
