This sources sought is for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the General Services Administration. This Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) is in support of the USAccess Managed Service Office, (MSO) which supplies some 93 Federal agencies, commissions and boards with Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials. Its purpose is to develop source information about Federal (PIV) cards and personalization services. Sources are being sought to supply, either as a consolidated service, or as individual interoperable components, "Smart" cards and the personalization ("perso") services that allow them to be used for physical and logical access.
