The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide services as required for grass/weeds cutting at Akizuki, Hiro and Kawakami Ammunition Depot, Japan. The contractor shall perform the scheduled grass/weeds cutting services in accordance with the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS), the attached appendices, commercial standards and practices, and applicable Japanese laws. The ammunition areas must be protected from the outbreak of fire in accordance with DA PAM 385-64,3-7, Ammunition and Explosives Safety Standards.
