Α) Εγγηση συμμετοχς ορζεται σε 2 % επ του προπολογισμο της δαπνης της εργασας νευ ΦΠΑ δηλαδ 7 964,60 EUR. Κατατθεται υπο μορφηγραμματιο του ΤΠΔ η εγγ .επιστολ αναγνωρισμνης τρπεζας η του ταμεου συντξεων μηχανικν κι εργοληπτν δημοσων ργων. Συντσσεται κατ τον ισχοντα τυπο του δημοσου.
Β) Εγγηση καλς εκτλεσης απ τον ανδοχο ση με το 5 % του συμβατικο ποσο νευ ΦΠΑ. Κατατθεται υπ μορφη γραμματου του ΤΠΔ η εγγ. επιστολ αναγνωρισμνης τρπεζας η του ταμεου συντξεων μηχανικν κι εργοληπτν δημοσων ργων. Συντσσεται κατ τον ισχοντα τπο του δημοσου.

Στο τλος κθε μνα απ την υπογραφ της βεβαωσης καλς εκτλεσης εργασιν και αφο εκδοθε το αντστοιχο τιμολγιο παροχς.
