Εγγυητικ επιστολ συμμετοχς ποσοστο 5 % επι της συνολικς προπολογισθεσας δαπανης με ΦΠΑ.
Εγγυητικ επιστολ καλς εκετλεσης της, η οποα καλπτει σε ευρ ποσοστ 10 % της συνολικς συμβατικς αξας της προμθειας που θα του κατακυρωθε χωρς ΦΠΑ με απεριριστο χρονο ισχυος.

Α) Φυσικ νομικ πρσωπα της ημεδεπς τηε αλλοδαπς συναιτερισμο, εφσον ασκον εμπορικ βιομηχανικ βιοτεχνικ δραστηριτητα, συναφ με το αντικεμενο της παροσας προμθειας.
Β) Ενσεις προμηθευτν που υποβλλουν κοιν προσφορ, εφσον πληρον τους ρους που καθορζονται στο ρθρο 7 του ΠΔ 118/2007.
Γ) Κοινοπραξες προμηθευτν.
Οι ενσεις προμηθευτν και οι κοινοπραξες προμηθευτν δεν υποχρενονται να λαμβνουν ορισμνη νομικ μορφ προκειμνου να υποβλλουν προσφορ τους.

Οι υποψφιοι που δεν χουν εγκατσταση στην Ελλδα πρπει να αποδεικνουν την εγγραφ τους σε επαγγελματικ εμπορικ μητρο του κρτους εγκατστασης τους να προσκομζουν ανλογη νορκη βεβαωση πιστοποιητικ, κατ τα οριζμενα στο ρθρο 44 του ΠΔ 60/2007.
