1. Εγγηση συμμετοχς: εναι πντε τοις εκατ (5 %) επ του συνολικο ενδεικτικο προπολογισμο, τοι: 68 250,00 EUR, και
2. Εγγηση καλς εκτλεσης: η εγγηση καλς λειτουργας των ειδν της σμβασης ορζεται σε 10 επ τοις εκατ (10 %) του ενδεικτικο προπολογισμο της προμθειας χωρς τα κονδλια του ΦΠΑ.

Η προμθεια χρηματοδοτεται απ πιστσεις του Προγρμματος Δημοσων Επενδσεων (αρ. ενρ. ργου 2011ΕΠ08880000) και συγχρηματοδοτεται απ το Ευρωπακ Ταμεο Περιφερειακς Ανπτυξης - Επιχειρησιακ Πργραμμα Κρτης και Νησων Αιγαου 2007-2013. Ο ΦΠΑ βαρνει τον κριο του ργου.

Στον διαγωνισμ δικαιονται να συμμετχουν:
1. Φυσικ πρσωπα κτοικοι ημεδαπς αλλοδαπν κρατν.

4. Ενσεις προμηθευτν και κοινοπραξες προμηθευτν που υποβλλουν κοιν προσφορ.
ΙΙΙ.2.1.2) Απαιτομενα δικαιολογητικ – αποδεικτικ γγραφα.
Οι ενδιαφερμενοι πρπει να υποβλλουν την προσφορ τους που θα περιλαμβνει με ποιν αποκλεισμο, τα ακλουθα δικαιολογητικ, σμφωνα με την Κοινοτικ Οδηγα 2004/18/ΕΚ, το ΠΔ 394/96 και το ΠΔ 370/95. αναλυτικτερα τα εξς:
α) Οι λληνες πολτες:
1. Εγγυητικ επιστολ συμμετοχς,
2. Απσπασμα ποινικο μητρου,
3. Πιστοποιητικ αρμδιας δικαστικς διοικητικς αρχς,
4. Πιστοποιητικ απ το οποο να προκπτει τι εναι ενμεροι ως προς τις εισφορς κοινωνικς ασφλισης και ως προς τις φορολογικς υποχρεσεις τους,
5. Πιστοποιητικ του οικεου επιμελητηρου,
6. Στοιχεα για την τεκμηρωση της οικονομικς και χρηματοοικονομικς επρκειας.

Επσης, οι συμμετχοντες πρπει επ ποιν αποκλεισμο να καταθσουν με τα δικαιολογητικ της προσφορς τους υποχρεωτικ και τις Υπεθυνες Δηλσεις που αναφρονται στα ρθρα 3 και 13 του τεχους της Διακρυξης του διαγωνισμο.
Οι ενσεις κοινοπραξες δεν υποχρεονται να λβουν ορισμνη νομικ μορφ προκειμνου να υποβλουν την προσφορ. Η επιλεγεσα νωση κοινοπραξα δναται να υποχρεωθε την λψη νομικς μορφς εν κατοχυρωθε σε αυτν η σμβαση, εφσον αυτ εναι αναγκαο για την ικανοποιητικ εκτλεση της σμβασης.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Επιτρπεται νσταση κατ της διακρυξης του διαγωνισμο, της συμμετοχς προμηθευτ σε αυτν και της νομιμτητας της διενργειας του ως και την κατακυρωτικ απφαση.
1. Η νσταση υποβλλεται εγγρφως στο αρμδιο για την διενργεια του διαγωνισμο ργανο της Περιφρειας Βορεου Αιγαου.
2. Κατ της διακρυξης μπορε να υποβληθε νσταση εντς του μισο του χρονικο διαστματος απ την δημοσευση της διακρυξης μχρι την ημερομηνα λξεως της υποβολς των προσφορν, συνυπολογζοντας και τις ημερομηνες της δημοσευσης και της υποβολς των προσφορν.
Η νσταση εξετζεται απ το αρμδιο συλλογικ ργανο της Περιφρειας Βορεου Αιγαου και η σχετικ απφαση εκδδεται το αργτερο πντε (5) εργσιμες ημρες πριν την διενργεια του διαγωνισμο.
3. Μπορε να υποβληθε νσταση κατ της συμμετοχς προμηθευτ στον διαγωνισμ της νομιμτητας της διενργειας ως προς την διαδικασα παραλαβς και αποσφργισης των προσφορν, κατ την διρκεια διεξαγωγς του διαγωνισμο και σμφωνα με τα αναφερμενα στο ρθρο 16 της παροσας, μχρι την επμενη εργσιμη ημρα.
Η νσταση αυτ εξετζεται απ το αρμδιο συλλογικ ργανο της Περιφρειας Βορεου Αιγαου και εκδδεται σχετικ απφαση μετ απ γνωμοδτηση της επιτροπς διαγωνισμο. Η νσταση κατ της συμμετοχς προμηθευτ κοινοποιεται υποχρεωτικ σε αυτν που στρφεται.
4. Κατ της νομιμτητας της κατακυρωτικς απφασης του διαγωνισμο απ την Περιφρεια Βορεου Αιγαου, υποβλλεται νσταση εντς τριν (3) εργσιμων ημερν απ την ανακονωση της σχετικς απφασης, σμφωνα με το αποδεικτικ ανρτησης που τηρε η Περιφρεια Βορεου Αιγαου για το σκοπ αυτ.
Η νσταση εξετζεται απ το αρμδιο συλλογικ ργανο της Περιφρειας Βορεου Αιγαου και η σχετικ απφαση εκδδεται το αργτερο σε δκα (10) ημρες απ την λξη της προθεσμας υποβολς ενστσεων.
5. Ενστσεις που υποβλλονται για οποιονδποτε λλο λγο εκτς απ τους προαναφερμενους, δεν γνονται δεκτς.
6. Ο συμμετχων στο διαγωνισμ μπορε να υποβλλει προσφυγ κατ των αποφσεων που επιβλλουν οποιεσδποτε κυρσεις σε βρος του, μσα σε ανατρεπτικ προθεσμα τριντα (30) ημερν απ την ημερομηνα ανακονωσης της σχετικς απφασης, σμφωνα με το αποδεικτικ ανρτησης που τηρε η Περιφρεια Βορεου Αιγαου για το σκοπ αυτ. Επ της προσφυγς αποφασζει η Περιφρεια Βορεου Αιγαου. Η τελικ απφαση δεν επιδχεται λλη, πσης φσεως, προσφυγ.
Η διαδικασα ενστσεων και προσφυγν συμμορφνεται με το ρθρο 15 του ΠΔ 394/1996 και το ρθρο 35 του Ν. 3377/2005.
