Ο διαγωνισμς αφορ την παροχ υπηρεσιν για τη συντρηση και την επισκευ του συνλου των εγκαταστσεων του κτηρου του ΥΠΠΔΒΜ&Θ. (Αν. Παπανδρου 37, Μαροσι), συνολικο προπολογισμο εξακοσων ογδντα μιας χιλιδων τετρακοσων τριντα ευρ και ογδντα εννα λεπτν (681 430,89 EUR) χωρς ΦΠΑ οκτακοσων τριντα οκτ χιλιδων εκατν εξντα ευρ (838 160,00 EUR), συμπεριλαμβανομνου του ΦΠΑ (23 %), μγιστης διρκειας τριντα δο (32) μηνν απ την υπογραφ της σμβασης. Η σμβαση ΔΕΝ κατανμεται σε τμματα και δεν θα ληφθον υπψη εναλλακτικς προσφορς.

Συντρηση και επισκευ λων των εγκαταστσεων του κτηρου του ΥΠΠΔΒΜ&θ. (Αν. Παπανδρου 37, στο Μαροσι), μγιστης διρκειας τριντα δο (32) μηνν απ την υπογραφ της σμβασης.

III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required:

Ι. Απαιτεται κατθεση εγγυητικς επιστολς συμμετοχς ψους 5 % επ της συνολικς προπολογισθεσας αξας των παρεχμενων υπηρεσιν, συμπεριλαμβανομνου του ΦΠΑ (23 %), ισχος τουλχιστον διακοσων δκα (210) ημερν απ την ημερομηνα λξης της προθεσμας υποβολς των προσφορν.
ΙΙ. Ο ανδοχος κατ την υπογραφ της σμβασης οφελει να καταθσει εγγυητικ επιστολ καλς εκτλεσης που θα ανρχεται σε ποσοστ 10 % επ της συμβατικς αξας (χωρς το ΦΠΑ).
Οι εγγυσεις εκδδονται απ πιστωτικ ιδρματα λλα νομικ πρσωπα που λειτουργον νμιμα στα κρτη - μλη της Ευρωπακς νωσης και χουν σμφωνα με τα ισχοντα το δικαωμα αυτ. Τα αντστοιχα γγραφα των εγγυσεων, αν δεν εναι διατυπωμνα στην ελληνικ, θα συνοδεονται απ επσημη μετφραση.

Το ργο χρηματοδοτεται απ τον τακτικ προυπολογισμ του ΥΠΠΔΒΜ&Θ.
Η οικονομικ προσφορ του αναδχου αποτελε και την συμβατικ του αμοιβ και.
Περιλαμβνει τον ΦΠΑ.
Η πληρωμ του Αναδχου θα γνεται σε ισποσες μηνιαες καταβολς, με την προσκμιση των νμιμων παραστατικν που προβλπονται, μετ την αφαρεση των νμιμων κρατσεων.

Description of particular conditions: Για την ανθεση και εκτλεση της σμβασης, χουν εφαρμογ, ιδως οι κατωτρω διατξεις, πως ισχουν κατ το χρνο δημοσευσης της προκρυξηςς:
— Οι διατξεις του ΠΔ 60/2007 Προσαρμογ της Ελληνικς Νομοθεσας στις διατξεις της Οδηγας 2004/18/ΕΚ,
— Οι διατξεις του ΠΔ 118/07 Κανονισμς Προμηθειν Δημοσου (ΚΠΔ) ΦΕΚ Α’ 150/2007,
— Οι διατξεις του Ν. 2859/2000 για το ΦΠΑ (ΦΕΚ Α’ 248), πως τροποποιθηκε και ισχει με το Ν. 3845/2010 (ΦΕΚ 65 Α),
— Οι διατξεις του Ν. 3886/2010 περ δικαστικς προστασας κατ τη σναψη δημοσων συμβσεων,
— Οι σε εκτλεση των ανωτρω νμων εκδοθεσες λοιπς (πλην των δη αναφερομνων) κανονιστικς διατξεις, καθς και λλες διατξεις που αναφρονται ρητ απορρουν απ τα οριζμενα στα συμβατικ τεχη της παροσας σμβασης παροχς υπηρεσιν και γενικτερα κθε διταξη (νμου, ΠΔ, απφασης, κλπ) που διπει την ανθεση και εκτλεση της παροσας σμβασης, στω και αν δεν αναφρονται ρητ παραπνω.

γ) Συνεταιρισμο που ασκον συναφς επγγελμα στην Ελλδα στην αλλοδαπ
Πι αναλυτικ οι απαιτσεις για την προσωπικ κατσταση των διαγωνιζομνων καθς και τα απαιτομενα δικαιολογητικ - αποδεικτικ γγραφα για τη συμμετοχ στο διαγωνισμ αναφρονται αναλυτικ στο Κεφλαιο Γ του αναλυτικο τεχους της προκρυξης.

Κθε διαγωνιζμενος που πληρο τις προποθσεις του ρθρου 18 του αναλυτικο τεχους της προκρυξης, οφελει να διαθτει επιπλον και ειδικ τεχνικ και επαγγελματικ ικαντητα κατ τα διαλαμβανμενα στο ρθρο 20 του αναλυτικο τεχους της προκρυξης.

Η ειδικ τεχνικ ικαντητα αποδεικνεται απ την παροχ υπηρεσιν, παρμοιων με την υπ ανθεση, που χουν παρασχεθε απ τους διαγωνιζμενους, καθς και απ το στελεχικ δυναμικ του ως εξς:
α) Να χει προσφρει υπηρεσες Συντρησης κατ την τελευταα 3ετα τουλχιστον, σε να παρμοιο ργο για το οποο καλεται με την παροσα προκρυξη να προσφρει τις υπηρεσες του.
Ως παρμοια ργα συντρησης θεωρονται τα ργα που περιλαμβνουν συνολικ ηλεκτρικ ισχ μεγαλτερη των 3 500kW, ψυκτικς ισχος μεγαλτερη των 2 800kW, θερμικς ισχος μεγαλτερης της 1 100 000 kcal/h.
β) Να διαθσει μπειρο στελεχικ δυναμικ, για την εκτλεση του ργου σμφωνα και με τα αναφερμενα στο τεχος τεχνικν προδιαγραφν του αναλυτικο τεχους της προκρυξης.
