Κθε προσφορ θα συνοδεεται υποχρεωτικ απ εγγυητικ επιστολ συμμετοχς υπρ του συμμετχοντος για ποσ που θα καλπτει το 2 % του αντστοιχου προπολογισμο (συμπεριλαμβανομνου του ΦΠΑ) των υπ προμθεια ειδν σμφωνα με το ρθρο 26 του κανονισμο προμηθειν.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: 9.1 νσταση κατ της διακρυξης του διαγωνισμο της νομιμτητας διεξαγωγς του, της συμμετοχς κποιου σε αυτν, υποβλλονται στο δμο εγγρφως ως εξς:
α. Κατ της διακρυξης του διαγωνισμο:
Εντς του μισο του χρονικο διαστματος απ την γνωστοποηση της διακρυξης ως την ημρα διενργειας του διαγωνισμο. Για τον καθορισμ της προθεσμας αυτς συνυπολογζονται οι ημερομηνες αποστολς της πρσκλησης και της διακρυξης και της διεξαγωγς του διαγωνισμο. Αν προκπτει κλσμα θεωρεται ολκληρη ημρα. Η νσταση εξετζεται απ την επιτροπ του διαγωνισμο και η σχετικ απφαση εκδδεται το αργτερο πντε (5) εργσιμες ημρες πριν απ το διαγωνισμ. Οι ενιστμενοι λαμβνουν γνση της σχετικς απφασης με δικ τους φροντδα.
β. Κατ της νομιμτητας της διεξαγωγς του διαγωνισμο της συμμετοχς σε αυτν, μνο απ συμμετχοντα στο διαγωνισμ αποκλεισθντα απ αυτν σε οποιοδποτε στδιο της διαδικασας του και για λγους που ανακπτουν κατ το αντστοιχο στδιο. Κατ την διρκεια του διαγωνισμο, μχρι και την επομνη εργσιμη ημρα απ την ημρα απ την ημρα ανακονωσης του αποτελσματος του αντστοιχου σταδου. Η νσταση αυτ δεν επιφρει αναβολ διαγωνισμο απ την αρμδια επιτροπ, η οποα υποβλλει την νσταση με αιτιολογημνη γνωμοδτησ της στην Οικονομικ Επιτροπ η οποα τελικ αποφασζει.
9.2 Ενστσεις που υποβλλονται για οποιουσδποτε λλους λγους απ τους προαναφερμενους, δεν γνονται δεκτς.
9.3 Η νσταση κατ της συμμετοχς κποιου στο διαγωνισμ κοινοποιεται υποχρεωτικ απ τον ενιστμενο σε αυτν κατ του οποου στρφεται.
