Το χρονικ διστημα δσμευσης απ την προσφορ εναι εκατν ογδντα (180) ημρες. Δεν γνονται δεκτς εναλλακτικς προσφορς. Η χρηματοδτηση εναι απ το ετπ. Η πληρωμ θα γνει σε εξντα (60) ημρες.
