Ειδικο περιορισμο συμμετοχς δεν υπρχουν. Οι εγγυσεις συμμετοχς εναι 5 % επ της προπολογισθεσας δαπνης. Υπρχουν ειδικς προδιαγραφς. Η παρδοση θα γνει στις απθηκες του Νοσοκομεου Καλματας. Το χρονικ διστημα δσμευσης απ την προσφορ εναι εκατν ογδντα (180) ημρες. Δεν γνονται δεκτς εναλλακτικς προσφορς. Η χρηματοδτηση εναι απ τον τακτικ προπολογισμ του Νοσοκομεου Καλαμτας.
