Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: 1) νσταση κατ της διακρηξης του διαγωνισμο της νομιμτητας διενργεις του, της συμμετοχς προμηθευτ ς αυτν, υποβλλεται εγγρφως ως εξς:
Α. Κατ της διακρηξης του διαγωνισμο,στην αρμδια για την διενργια του διαγωνισμο υπηρεσα, μσα στο μισ του χρονικο διαστματος απ την δημοσευση της διακρηξης μχρι την ημερομηνα υποβολς των προσφορν.
Για τον καθορισμ της προθεσμας αυτς συνυπολογζονται και οι ημερομηνες της δημοσευσης της διακρηξης και της υποβολς των προσφορν. Αν προκπτει κλσμα θεωρεται ολκληρη ημρα.
Β. Κατ της νομιμτητας της διενργειας του διαγωνισμο της συμμετοχς προμηθευτ ς' αυτν, μνο απ προμηθευτ που συμμετχει στο διαγωνισμ αποκλεστηκε απ' αυτν σε οποιοδποτε στδιο της διαδικασας του και για λγους που ανακπτουν κατ το αντστοιχο στδιο, στην αρμδια για την διενργεια του διαγωνισμο υπηρεσα κατ την διρκεια του διαγωνισμο, μχρι την επμενη εργσιμη ημρα απ την ανακονωση του αποτελσματος του αντστοιχου σταδου.
2) Ενστσεις που υποβλλονται για οσουδποτε λλους απ τους ποαναφερμενους λγους,προ της υπογραφς της σμβασης δεν γνονται δεκτς.
