Εγγηση συμμετοχς για λους τους συμμετχοντες, το ψος της οποας ανρχεται στο 5 % της συνολικς προπολογισθεσας δαπνης (περιλαμβανομνου του ΦΠΑ), τοι 59 962,50 EUR. Επσης ο μειοδτης θα καταθσει εγγηση καλς εκτλεσης, το ψος της οποας αντιστοιχε στο 10 % της συνολικς συμβατικς αξας χωρς το ΦΠΑ & εγγηση καλς λειτουργας μετ την οριστικ παραλαβ το ψος της οποας ανρχεται στο 3 % συνολικς συμβατικς αξας χωρς το ΦΠΑ. Ο χρνος ισχος της εγγησης καλς λειτουργας πρπει να εναι μεγαλτερος απ το συμβατικ χρνο καλς λειτουργας κατ τρεις μνες.
