Εγγυητικ επιστολ ψους 5 % του ποσο του προπολογισμο. Σε περπτωση προσφερομνης κπτωσης μεγαλτερης του 12 %, το ποσοστ της εγγησης αυξνεται:
Α) Κατ 0,50 % αν μονδα κπτωσης απ 12 % εως 22 %.
Β) Κατ 1 % αν μονδα κπτωσης απ 22 % εως 32 %.
Γ) Κατ 1,5 % αν μονδα κπτωσης απ 32 % και πνω. Μγιστο ποσοστ εγγησης καλς εκτλεσης: 35 % του ποσο του προπολογισμο.
