Προμθεια του ραδιοφαρμκου 18F-fluoro-deoxy-glucose (18F[FDG] με χρνο ημσειας ζως 110min) για ποζιτρονικ τομογραφα. Ο υπολογισμς των παραδιδομνων δσεων θα γνεται βσει του ακλουθου σχματος: χορηγομενη δση 12mCi με 60min ενδιμεσο χρνο χοργησης. Οι δσεις του ραδιοφαρμκου που προβλπεται τι θα παραδοθον το 2012 δεν θα υπερβον συνολικ τις 1 187 (δσεις) συνολικς εκτιμμενης αξας 830 900,00 EUR (δεν περιλαμβνεται ο ΦΠΑ -6,5 %- και το κστος διακνησης που καταβλλεται στην ελληνικ επιτροπ ατομικς ενργειας: 1,5 % επ της αξας του τιμολογου πλον ΦΠΑ 23 %).

1) Justification for the choice of the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice in the OJEU in accordance with Directive 2004/18/EC

α) Η προμθεια αφορ σε ραδιοφρμακο (18F-FDG) με βραχεα διρκεια ζως και συγκεκριμνα με χρνο ημσειας ζως 110 min. Ο υπολογισμς των παραδιδομνων δσεων γνεται βσει του ακλουθου σχματος: χορηγομενη δση 12mCi, με 60min ενδιμεσο χρνο χοργησης. Τα ανωτρω δεδομνα περιορζουν την γεωγραφικ απσταση των εγκαταστσεων του παραγωγο απ τον τπο χρσης, προκειμνου να υπρχει γκαιρη και αξιπιστη παρδοση του ραδιοφαρμκου για την διενργεια των προγραμματισμνων εξετσεων ποζιτρονικς τομογραφας. β) Εντς της Ελλδος το εν λγω ραδιοφρμακο παργεται απ να μνο παραγωγ, πως προκπτει απ τα μητρα της αρμδιας αρχς για την αδειοδτηση των εγκαταστσεων παραγωγς (ελληνικ επιτροπ ατομικςενργειας, αρ. πρωτ. Α.α/499/3121/19.10.2011). γ) H προγραμματισμνη εκτλεση της, βασιζμενης στη χρση του εν λγω ραδιοφαρμκου, εξτασης ποζιτρονικς τομογραφας με ραδιοφρμακο που εισγεται απ λλη χρα καθσταται εξαιρετικ δυσχερς λγω της βραχεας διρκειας ζως του ισοτπου F-18.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Σε εφαρμογ των διατξεων του νμου 3886/2010 (ΦΕΚ 173/Α/30.9.2010), με τον οποο ενσωματθηκε στο εθνικ δκαιο η οδηγα 89/665/EEC, πως αυτ χει τροποποιηθε με την οδηγα 2007/66/EC, ο ενδιαφερμενος, πριν την σκηση οποιουδποτε δικαστικο μτρου, οφελει να προσφγει ενπιον του ΙΙΒΕΑΑ μσα σε δκα (10) ημρες αφτου λαβε γνση με οποιονδποτε τρπο της παρνομης πρξης παρλειψης, προσδιορζοντας ειδικς τις νομικς και πραγματικς αιτισεις στις οποες στηρζεται το ατημ του. Το ΙΙΒΕΑΑ οφελει να απαντσει μσα σε δεκαπντε (15) ημρες απ την σκηση της προσφυγς. Αν παρλθει πρακτη η προθεσμα, τεκμαρεται ως απρριψη της προσφυγς. Η προσφυγ κοινοποιεται με την φροντδα του προσφεγοντος στον εκπρσωπο κθε θιγομνου απ τυχν ολικ μερικ αποδοχ της προσφυγς. Ο ενδιαφερμενος εντς δκα ημερν απ την ρητ σιωπηρ απρριψη της προσφυγς μπορε να ασκσει ατηση ασφαλιστικν μτρων, για τους διους λγους.
