The aim is to conclude a service contract with a company specialising in life and property safety. This company will be required to provide the Delegation of the European Union in the Republic of Guinea with its own security guard service for buildings and Delegation staff (approximately 50 people). Said buildings and staff are located in Conakry.

III.2.1)Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: candidates should note that only companies which comply with all the selection criteria will be invited to tender.
These selection criteria, to ensure provision of the required services, are as follows:
— annual turnover (in the field of life and property safety only) of 300 000 EUR or more,
— firm's experience, as demonstrated by life and property safety services provided in the past 3 years for international companies, diplomatic missions and international organisations,
— at least 100 permanent staff members,
— qualifications of managerial staff and technical managerial staff relevant to the services required in the contract,
— suitably and sufficiently experienced managerial staff and technical managerial staff so that quality and continuity of the service is guaranteed: minimum 5 years,
— average length of service per category of staff (supervisors, inspectors, team leaders, guards, bodyguards, etc.): minimum 2 years.
