The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Pollock, Louisiana intends to issue solicitation RFQP05191000035 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is restricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin October 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 1000 Airbase Road, Pollock, LA 71467. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 30, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
