En ce qui concerne les critères d'analyses:
Critères techniques: 50 %.
La valeur technique (note totale 10) de l'offre est appréciée au regard:
— du nombre de techniciens et niveau de qualifications de techniciens /2,
— des moyens, délais et organisation des travaux/4,
— des moyens, délais et organisation d'astreinte/4.
Critères économiques: 50 %.
Le critère économique (note totale 10) est apprécié en fonction:
— du prix de la main d'oeuvre pour travaux en heures normales, de nuit, dimanche et jour férié/1,
— du prix de la main d'oeuvre en heure d'astreinte pour dépannages en heures normales, de nuit, dimanche et jour férié et du forfait astreinte /1,
— du prix des travaux: fourniture et pose, interventions diverses/3,
— des frais de déplacement /1,
— du prix des fournitures avec coefficient sur déboursé et des fournitures seules /1,
— du prix des forfaits de maintenances préventive et corrective, et de vérification annuelle /3.
Visite des lieux:
Il est demandé aux candidats de visiter les lieux pour évaluer le type de matériel correspondant le mieux aux besoins et aux suggestions de fonctionnement, en prenant contact avec M. Robert Lubrno technicien supérieur hospitalier.
