Les travaux sont divisés en tranches définies comme suit:
Tranche désignation.
Tranche 01 16 à 18, place Flaubert.
10 à 15, boulevard Balzac
Réhabilitation globale de 179 logements.
Tranche 02 26 à 29, place Flaubert.
30 à 35, boulevard Balzac.
Réhabilitation ciblée de 187 logements.
Les travaux sont traités par marché unique et répartis en lots techniques (voir règlement de la consultation).
Le marché est passé en entreprise générale ou groupement d’entreprises.
La procédure de dévolution est un marché unique.
La visite du chantier est obligatoire, celle-ci aura lieu le mardi 21.2.2012 de 9:00 à 11:00.

Déclaration indiquant les effectifs moyens annuels du candidat et l'importance du personnel d'encadrement pour chacune des trois dernières années;

Ces attestations indiquent le montant, l'époque et le lieu d'exécution des travaux et précisent s'ils ont été effectués selon les règles de l'art et menés régulièrement à bonne fin;

Le délai d’exécution des travaux par tranche est de 18 mois y compris la période de préparation de chantier de 2 mois.
Le marché débutera à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service. Des prestations supplémentaires ou alternatives sont définies au cahier des charges.
