Les travaux comprennent:La réalisation d'un ouvrage routier sur la voie ferrée type Pipe. Une passerelle piétonne sur la voie ferrée Eléments techniques particuliers deux phases ont été prévues dans le dossier d'appel d'offres:Une première phase consistant à réaliser les travaux sur les terrains disponibles, ces travaux s'intégrant dans un planning strict du fait de certaines dates hors circulation ferroviaire réservées auprès des services de la SNCF. Une deuxième phase est prévue consistant à réaliser la partie manquante de l'ouvrage après obtention des terrains.

En cas de recours à la sous-traitance, si le candidat souhaite que soient prises en compte les capacités techniques et financières de son ou ses sous-traitants, il devra justifier des capacités de ce ou ces sous-traitants et du fait qu'il en dispose pour l'exécution du marché, sous la forme d'un engagement écrit du ou des sous-traitants.
