Les dépenses liées à ce marché seront imputées sur le budget communal.
Conformément à l'article 98 du code des marchés publics, le délai global de paiement ne peut excéder 30 jours à compter de la date de réception de la facturer par les services municipaux. Le dépassement de ce délai ouvre de plein droit pour le titulaire du marché le bénéfice d'intérêts moratoires à compter du jour suivant l'expiration de ce délai. Le taux applicable à ces intérêts moratoires est celui de l'intérêt de la principale de refinancement appliquée par la Banque centrale européenne majoré de 7 points.
