Selon dispositions des articles 101 à 105 du code des marchés publics (retenue de garantie pouvant être remplacée au grèsdu titulaire par un garantie à première demande ou par une caution personnelle et solidaire).

Selon articles 86 et 111 du code des marchés publics règlement des comptes selon modalités définies au contrat. Virement par mandat administratif, paiement sous 30 jours. Financements ANRU, subventions des Conseils général et régional, fonds propres.

Entreprise générale ou groupement d'entreprises. Aucune forme de groupement n'est imposée par le Pouvoir adjudicateur. Le pouvoir adjudicateur interdit aux candidats de présenter leurs offres en agissant à la fois:
1° en qualité de candidats individuels et de membres d'un ou plusieurs groupements;
2° en qualité de membre de plusieurs groupements.
Conformément à l'article 21-VI du code des marchés publics.
En cas d'attribution du marché à un groupement conjoint, le mandataire du groupement sera solidaire, pour l'exécution du marché, de chacun des membres du groupement pour ses obligations contractuelles.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Justificatifs candidature: sur capacités techniques, professionnelles et financières.
Le jugement des candidatures se fera au regard des imprimés DC4 (version du 5.4.2007) et DC5 (version intitulée MAJ octobre 2008) dûment complétés pour chacune de leurs rubriques et accompagnés des documents à y annexer en justificatifs (chiffre d'affaires, effectifs, moyens globaux techniques et humains de la société, références contrôlables en milieu occupé ...) en conséquence, lire attentivement chaque rubrique.

Ces imprimés sont téléchargeables gratuitement sur le site www.minefe.gouv.fr et également sous le site de Oise habitat, espace "professionnels", rubrique "consultations", sous formulaires "candidatures".

Les entreprises nouvellement créées produiront une copie certifiée du récépissé de dépôt du centre de formalités des entreprises ou un extrait du registre du commerce.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Renseigner la partie concernée du DC5 en précisant notamment les moyens globaux humains et matériels du candidat et les chiffres d'affaires des 3 derniers exercices. Ils doivent permettre la réalisation des travaux objet du marché dans les règles de l'art et garantir le respect du délai d'exécution.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
Renseigner la partie concernée du DC5. Les références produites, sur les 3 dernières années, doivent être de même nature et contrôlables (nom du client et coordonnées, date, lieu d'exécution et montant des travaux) et permettre de justifier que le candidat dispense des compétences nécessaires et suffisantes à l'exécution du marché. Peuvent également être fournis des certificats de qualifications professionnelles (preuve apportée par tout moyen, notamment par des certificats d'identité professionnelle ou des références de travaux attestant la compétence de l'opérateur économique à réaliser la prestation pour laquelle il se porte candidat).
