Un zonage a été établi pour la réalisation des travaux, comme suit:
— zone 1: réhabilitation de 184 chambres et des parties commune afférentes,
— zone 2: réhabilitation de 159 chambres et des parties communes afférentes.
La présente consultation porte sur les lots de travaux 1 à 12 de l'opération. Le lot n° 00 desamiantage fait l'objet d'une consultation dissociée, en cours.

Des visites sont prévues pour toute entreprise souhaitant répondre à cette consultation. Cette visite est conseillée.
Les visites auront lieu les 13, 14 et 15 février 2012 de 9:00-11:00, à l'adresse suivante: 4 rue du Sauveur, 69365 Lyon Cedex 07, FRANCE.
La durée du marché s'entend non à compter de la date d'attribution du contrat mais à compter de la date fixée par ordre de service.
Calendrier prévisionnel:
— notification: 1.6.2012, prévisionnellement,
— mois de préparation: juin 2012, prévisionnellement,
— chantier: de juillet 2012 à juin 2013, prévisionnellement,
— opérations préalables à la réception: juillet 2013, prévisionnellement.
Le titulaire ne pourra se prévaloir de la période de fermeture annelle (congés, ponts, etc.) de son entreprise pour justifier d'une quelconque prolongation des délais et/ou pour arrêter les travaux sur le chantier.
Pour les lots 6 (cloisons - peinture - plafonds), 9 (mobilier chambres), 10 (plomberie sanitaires - chauffage - VMC) et 11 (salles de bains prefabriquees), le(s) titulaire(s) s'engage(nt) à respecter une cadence hebdomadaire de 13 à 22 chambres minimum en liaison les uns avec les autres (lots 6, 9, 10 et 11 concernés). Cette cadence minimum sera fixée chaque semaine par le maître d'oeuvre ou l'OPC.
La période prévisionnelle pendant laquelle cette obligation de respect de cadence est exigée se déroulera d'octobre 2012 à juin 2013.
Critères de sélection des candidatures:
1/ garanties et capacités techniques et financières;
2 /capacités professionnelles.

— sous-critère 1: "moyens en personnel affectés à l'opération" - noté sur 5,
