Le présent marché fait l'objet d'un groupement de commandes entre 11 collectivités territoriales:
1. La Communauté d'agglomération Beaune, Côte et Sud (21);
2. La Ville de Beaune (21);
3. La Commune de Chaudenay (71);
4. La Commune de Corpeau (21);
5. La commune d'Ivry-en-Montagne (21);
6. La commune de Mavilly-Mandelot (21);
7. La commune de Molinot (21);
8. La commune de Nolay (21);
9. La commune de Ruffey-les-Beaune (21);
10. La commune de Savigny-les-Beaune (21);
11. La commune de Vignoles (21).
Ce groupement de commandes est constitué conformément à l'article 8-vii-1° du code des marchés publics.
A ce titre, le coordonnateur sera chargé de signer et de notifier le marché ou l'accord-cadre, chaque membre du groupement, pour ce qui le concerne, s'assurant de sa bonne exécution.
Le coordonnateur du groupement est la Communauté d'agglomération Beaune Cote et Sud.

La collectivité souhaite que les offres soient remises sous format papier. Toutefois, les entreprises conservent la possibilité de remettre leur offre sous forme électronique.
