Osa 6 ainus pakkuja kinnitab oma pakkumuses, et tal ei ole võimalik täita hankedokumentide p 18.3 esitatud nõuet. Vastavalt riigihangete seaduse §47 lg 2 ja hankedokumentide p 18.6 lükkab Hankija pakkumuse osale 6 tagasi.
Osa 10 ainsas pakkumuses esitatud, positsioonidel 1; 2; 3, 4 ja 14 olevate, seadmete tehnilised andmed ei vasta hankedokumentide lisas 3 "Tehniline kirjeldus" esitatud nõuetele. Vastavalt riigihangete seaduse § 47 lg 2 ja hankedokumentide p 18.6 lükkab Hankija pakkumuse osale 10 tagasi.
