El plazo durante el cual el licitador estará obligado a mantener su oferta es de 2 meses a partir de la apertura de oferta económica. Los criterios de valoración se desarrollan en el punto 30 de la carátula del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares. El presupuesto estimado de expediente es de 3 077 130 EUR IVA excluido (para una duración aproximada del contrato de 3 años). El presupuesto estimado de contrato (licitación) es de 1. 025 710 EUR IVA excluido (1 año).
La fecha del acto de apertura económica es la señalada en el apdo. IV.3.8) y la fecha de la apertura de la documentación relativa a los criterios cuya ponderación depende de juicios de valor (sobre C) tendrá lugar en el mismo lugar el día 26 de octubre (12:15).
Ambos actos son públicos, por lo que cualquier persona puede estar presente en dichos actos.
