El objeto del contrato es la ejecución de la obra "Cistierna emisario y EDAR", con la finalidad de realizar las obras necesarias para la ejecución de la estación depuradora de las aguas residuales de la población de Cistierna, en la provincia de León, incluyendo todos los elementos necesarios para garantizar el tratamiento del vertido que permita cumplir con los parámetros de calidad establecidos por la Directiva 271/91 CEE y el cumplimiento del Plan Regional de Saneamiento aprobado por la Junta de Castilla y León.
