Garantia definitiva del 5 % del pressupuesto de adjudicación sin IVA.

El pago se hará mediante presentación de factura a mes vencido expedida por el contratista y conformada por el responsable del contrato. El plazo de pago será de 40 días desde la fecha de la factura durante el año 2012 y 30 días para las anualidades posteriores.
