El plazo para la retirada de documentación y presentación de ofertas es de 2 meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación del presente anuncio en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea (arts. 360 ROGTU y 160.3 LUV).
Los documentos acreditativos de la personalidad, capacidad y solvencia de los licitadores habrán de presentarse junto con la oferta correspondiente, aunque en sobre separado, para su oportuna calificación.
La calificación previa por el urbanizador sobre los documentos acreditativos de la personalidad, capacidad y solvencia de los licitadores presentados en tiempo y forma tendrá lugar al quinto día hábil a contar desde la finalización del plazo para la presentación de las ofertas (arts. 316.1 ROGTU y 120.2 LUV).
La apertura de plicas tendrá lugar el quinto día laborable hábil a contar desde la aludida calificación previa.
Para el resto de trámites, se estará a lo dispuesto en el ROGTU y en la LUV.
