Declaración sobre el volumen global de negocios y, en su caso, sobre el volumen de negocios en el ámbito de actividades correspondientes al objeto del contrato, referido como máximo a los 3 últimos ejercicios disponibles en función de la fecha de creación o de inicio de las actividades del empresario, en la medida en que se disponga de las referencias de dicho volumen de negocios.

Artículo 77 apartado: 1.a) del Trlcsp. Relación de los principales suministros efectuados durante los 3 últimos años, indicando su importe, fechas y destinatario público o privado de los mismos. Los suministros efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público o cuando el destinatario sea un comprador privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario.

Se entenderá acreditada la solvencia técnica por aquellas empresas que acrediten, en los términos establecidos en el citado artículo, la realización de contratos similares al presente acuerdo marco por importe anual igual o superior a 50 000 000 EUR, en cada uno de los 3 últimos años, o desde la constitución de la entidad si esta fuese posterior.
