Los suministros efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público o cuando el destinatario sea un comprador privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario.

Se entenderá acreditada la solvencia técnica por aquellas empresas que acrediten, en los términos establecidos en el citado artículo, la realización de contratos similares al presente acuerdo marco por importe anual igual o superior a 50 000 000 EUR, en cada uno de los 3 últimos años, o desde la constitución de la entidad si esta fuese posterior.
