El licitador que hubiera presentado la oferta económicamente más ventajosa en la clasificación resultante de lavaloración de las proposiciones, deberá presentar en el plazo de 10 días hábiles contados a partir del siguienteal del requerimiento de la documentación a la que se refiere el apartado 2.10 del Pliego de CondicionesGenerales, un aval a primer requerimiento de una entidad de crédito, con renuncia a los beneficios de división, orden y excusión, por valor del 5 % del importe de adjudicación del contrato.
