1. Menor precio unitario: se valorará el porcentaje de baja sobre el conjunto de precios unitarios del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El porcentaje de descuento será el mismo para todas las prendas y elementos de uniformidad que figuran en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.. Weighting 60

Mejora de las características técnicas obre los mínimos establecidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas: se valorará la mejora del producto ofertado respecto a los materiales, confección y acabado (composición y particularidades de confección, acabado y diseño, cuidado y conservación, ergonomía y movilidad de los tejidos, preservación de la protección de las prendas ante cualquier tipo de intervención, confortabilidad y similares), sobre los mínimos exigidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas..
