Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Los licitadores deberán ser distribuidores autorizados para suministro de combustible a granel, según organismos oficiales competentes.
III.2.2)Economic and financial ability
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: 1) Justificante de la existencia de un seguro de responsabilidad civil (póliza y, en su caso, último recibo);
2) Declaración sobre el volumen global de negocios referido a los 3 últimos ejercicios disponibles en función de la fecha de creación o de inicio de las actividades del empresario, en la medida en que disponga de las referencias de dicho volumen de negocios.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: 1) Se requiere que el seguro lo sea por un importe mínimo de un millón de euros (1 000 000 EUR);
2) Se requiere haber facturado, durante el referido período de los tres últimos ejercicios, un mínimo de quinientos mil euros anuales (500 000 EUR/año).
III.2.3)Technical capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:
1) Disponer de una capacidad de almacenaje propia de doscientos mil (200 000) litros, como mínimo;
2) Disponer de una flota propia de camiones cisterna homologados por el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo;
3) Certificados acreditativos de hallarse dado de alta en aduanas y en el registro de distribuidores de combustibles y carburantes de los organismos oficiales competentes.

1) Disponer de una capacidad mínima de almacenaje propia de 200 000 litros.
2) La flota propia de camiones cisterna deberá estar formada por un mínimo de 5 vehículos con una capacidad de transporte total de 50 000 litros de combustible, equipados con los siguientes medios:
— Mangueras de descarga de 25 m. de longitud,
— Contador de medida homologado, calibrado y precintado por la Dirección General de Industria, Energía y Minas,
— Equipos de comunicación telefónica o vía radio homologados.
