This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number applicable to this announcement is FA5209-10-T-0255. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This synopsis/combined solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-45, 30 Aug 2010. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed price contract. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541690; Size Standard: $7M. This requirement is for the Development of a Case Study to include three (3) separate Course of Actions that may be implimented following the loss of building 714 on Yokota AB, Japan, in accordance with the attached SF 1449, Performance-based Work Statement, and other attached documents.
