Opgaven omfatter rådgivning og projektering af i alt ca. 6 broer, herunder udarbejdelse af detailprojekt til udførelse samt udbudsmateriale til udbud af entreprenørarbejderne i fag- eller hovedentreprise.
Bygværkerne omfatter broer af følgende typer og antal:
— Rammebroer, ca. 6 stk.
Rammekonstruktionerne er tunneler for underføring af vejtrafik, stitrafik samt faunapassager.
Broerne antages udført i beton støbt på stedet, evt. til dels ved anvendelse af præfabrikation. Fundering antages udført ved direkte fundering.
Ved enkelte af broerne skal der etableres interimsvej for opretholdelse af den eksisterende trafik i byggeperioden.
Konstruktionerne befinder sig primært i åbent land.
Broerne tænkes udbudt og udført i én eller to udførelsesentrepriser (fagentreprise/hovedentreprise).
Rådgiver aftalen kan indeholde option for tilsyn i udførelsesfasen.
Overordnet tidsplan for entreprisen forventes at se ud som følger:
Detailprojektering og udbud:
Maj 2012 til september 2012.
Anlægsarbejder:
December 2012 til maj 2014.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Ved vurderingen af de indkomne anmodninger om prækvalifikation vil der blive lagt vægt på, at ansøger kan dokumentere at drive en robust og sund virksomhed, at der kan dokumenteres et grundigt kendskab til at projektere og føre tilsyn med opførelse af betonbroer samt at udvælgelsen af ansøgerne vil give den bedste konkurrence om opgaven.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Frister for og procedurer for klager fremgår af "lov om håndhævelse af udbud", lov nr. 492 af 12.5.2010.
Klager over afslag på prækvalifikation skal indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 30 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiver har afsendt underretning om beslutningen til de berørte ansøgere.
Klager, som ikke vedrører afslag på prækvalifikation, skal indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 6 måneder efter, at ordregiver har offentliggjort en bekendtgørelse i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiver har indgået en kontrakt. Fristen regnes fra dagen efter den dag, hvor bekendtgørelsen er blevet offentliggjort.
Senest samtidig med at en klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, skal klageren skriftligt underrette ordregiveren om, at klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, og om, hvorvidt klagen er indgivet i standstillperioden.
I tilfælde, hvor klagen ikke er indgivet i standstillperioden, skal klageren tillige angive, hvorvidt der begæres opsættende virkning af klagen.
