Region Syddanmark har til hensigt at foretage direkte tildeling af en aftale på 2 OP-lejer til Vejle til Medical Distribution, idet udstyr købt af en anden end Medical Distribution vil medføre teknisk uforenelighed og uforholdsmæssigt store vanskeligheder ved drift og vedligeholdelse. Dette begrundes i en fælles anvendelse af allerede eksisterende tilbehør til lejet, samtidigt med at ensartet betjening og funktionalitet af lejerne med eksisterende udstyr af samme fabrikat tillægges væsentlig betydning i sikkerheden ved anvendelsen.
