Udvidelse af Herning Gymnasium med opførelse af ca. 3 000-3 500 m2 nye bygninger til en agora/multiområde, undervisningslokaler, idrætsfaciliteter, musiklokaler og personalefaciliteter.
Kontrakten omfatter projektering samt udførelse. Totalentreprisen udbydes i begrænset udbud med forudgående prækvalifikation. Totalentreprenøren forventes at danne hold med følgende underrådgivere: arkitekt, rådgivende ingeniør (herunder akustiker) og landskabsarkitekt.

Totalentreprenøren, der afgiver tilbud, er ene ansvarlig for opfyldelse af kontrakten overfor ordregiver i alle forhold, uanset om der anvendes underentreprenører eller ej.

Erklæring med totalentreprenørens økonomiske nøgletal for de seneste 3 regnskabsår omfattende omsætning, resultat og egenkapital. Nøgletal skal være attesteret af virksomhedens revisor eller bankforbindelse.
Hvis ansøger er et konsortium, skal ovennævnte oplysninger gives for hver enkelt deltager.

Oplysninger om totalentreprenørens og underrådgiveres antal medarbejdere fordelt på relevante faggrupper de seneste 3 år.

Totalentreprenørens og underrådgivers sammenlignelige referencer udført inden for de seneste 5 år. For samtlige referencer skal som minimum oplyses følgende: kunde, arbejdets omfang (pris og/eller mængder), ansøgers rolle, tidspunkt og sted for arbejdets udførelse. Referencer vedr. undervisningsinstitutioner vil blive vægtet positivt.
Der må maksimalt afleveres 14 referencer per ansøgning. Opdeles f.eks. med 4 for totalentreprenør, 4 for arkitekt, 4 for rådgivende ingeniør og 2 for landskabsarkitekt. Anden opdeling vil også blive accepteret.
I.
Totalentreprenør skal aflevere nøgletal for tidligere udførte opgaver iht. Bekendtgørelse nr. 1469. Husk at karakterbog SKAL fremsendes, hvis der er gennemført 3 eller flere evalueringer.
Entreprenører som ikke er i besiddelse af nøgletal, kan aflevere tilsvarende oplysninger. Hvad kravene er til tilsvarende oplysninger kan ses i kapitel 12 og 19 i vejledningen VEJ nr 69 af 20.11.2008 udgivet af Økonomi-og erhvervsministeriet.
Hvis ansøger er et konsortium, skal ovennævnte oplysninger gives for hver enkelt deltager.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Ved udvælgelse blandt de kvalificerede ansøgere vil bygherren foretage en vurdering af ansøgernes økonomiske og mandskabsmæssige kapacitet for at vurdere, hvorvidt ansøgerne er egnet til at løfte opgaven. Herefter vil bygherren vurdere referencer og nøgletal og udvælge de 5 deltagere, der vurderes bedst egnet, og disse vil blive prækvalificeret. Teknisk kapacitet vil vægte højere end financiel og økonomisk kapacitet.

Anmodningen skal fremsendes i 1 papir-eksemplar og en digital-udgave (USB eller DVD) og materialet returneres ikke.
Der ydes et vederlag på 50 000 DKK ekskl. moms til forbigåede deltagere i tilbudsgivningen under forudsætning af at tilbuddet er konditionsmæssigt.
Meddelelse om valg af prækvalificerede ansøgere forventes afgivet ultimo marts og udbudsmaterialet udsendes umiddelbart herefter. Tilbudsfrist forventes medio maj 2012.
