Das Bayerische Landesamt für Steuern führt in einem Offenen Verfahren eine Beschaffung von Notebook durch. In Los 1, Notebook-Bp werden mind. 2 000 und höchstens 4 000 Notebook beschafft. Los 2, Notebook-VB umfasst 40 Notebook für die Bodenschätzung. Der Vertrag beginnt ab Zuschlag. Es wird ein Abruf-Rahmenvertrag über einen Zeitraum von 18 Monaten mit Verlängerungsoption um weitere 12 Monate abgeschlossen.

Los 1: Die Mindestabnahmemenge von Notebook auf der Grundlage dieses Vertrages beträgt 2 000. Die geschätzte Abnahmemenge beträgt 4 400. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 15 Monate. Los 2: 40 Notebook.

Description of these options: Los 1: Die optionale Höchstmenge ergibt sich aus der geschätzten Abnahmemenge zuzüglich 10 % optionaler Überschreitung. Die Vertragslaufzeit verlängert sich automatisch um 6 Monate, wenn nicht Auftraggeber oder Auftragnehmer einer Verlängerung des Vertrags spätestens 3 Monate vor Ablauf der regulären Vertragslaufzeit schriftlich widersprechen.
