Neubau eines Institutsgebäudes mit physikalischen Mess- und Reinräumen, Labor- und Feinmechanik Werkstätten für das Max-Planck-Institut für Sonnensystemforschung. Die Bauleistung ist auf dem Gelände des Campus Nord der Universität Göttingen, Justus von Liebig Weg, in Göttingen zu erbringen. Art der Leistung: Der Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erstellung von Heizungsinstallationen. Die Primärenergieversorgung erfolgt über die Geothermie und aus dem Fernwärmenetz der Universität Göttingen. Es sind 2 Heizkreise für Systemtemperatur 35/30°C und 70/40°C geplant. Die Verbraucher sind die Lüftungsgeräte, Bauteilaktivierung, Fußbodenheizung, Torluftschleianlage. Die Wärmedämmung wird extra ausgeschrieben. Die Heizungsanlage bestehend aus: Übergabestation Primär/Sekundär für ca. 1 578 kW, 1x Wärmepumpe für 168 kW, 5x Verteiler- / Sammler von 2,50 bis 3.80 m, ca. 22x Umwälzpumpen, Wärmetauscher für Abwärmenutzung 410 kW der Kältemaschine, Pufferspeicher für 5m³ und einer Hydraulische Weiche für 1m³ und diversen Armaturen als Regel-, Strang- und Absperrventile, sowie ca. 22St. Wärmemengenzähler, sowie einer Torluftschleieranlage.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Ein Nachprüfungsantrag ist unzulässig,soweit mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, vergangen sind. (§ 107 Abs. 3 Nr. 4 GWB). Ein Nachprüfungsantrag ist zudem unzulässig, soweit der Antrag erst nach Zuschlagserteilung zugestellt wird (§ 114 GWB).
