III.2.2) Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:
— Nachweis einer Haftplichtversicherung (Mindestversicherungssumme: Personen 1 000 000 EUR, Sach und Vermögen 1 000 000 EUR, einzelne Risiken 1 000 000 EUR).
Read:III.2.2) Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:
Nachweis einer Haftpflichtversicherung mit folgenden Mindestdeckungssummen je Schadensfall:
— Personenschäden 1 000 000 EUR,
— Sach- und Vermögensschäden 1 000 000 EUR.
Sollte die Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung die Deckungssummen aktuell nicht erreichen, so ist der Bewerber verpflichtet, im Falle der Zuschlagserteilung die Deckungssummen entsprechend zu erhöhen.
