Vertragserfüllungs- und Mängelanspruchsbürgschaft in Höhe von 3 % der Auftragssumme.

Ansprüche auf Abschlagszahlungen werden binnen 18 Werktagen nach Zugang der Aufstellung fällig.
Der Anspruch auf die Schlusszahlung wird alsbald nach Prüfung und Feststellung der vom Auftragnehmer vorgelegten Schlussrechnung fällig, spätestens innerhalb von 2 Monaten nach Zugang § 16 VOB Teil B.

a) den Umsatz des Unternehmers in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, soweit er Bauleistungen und andere Leistungen betrifft, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind, unter Einschluss des Anteils bei gemeinsam mit anderen Unternehmern ausgeführten Aufträgen;
b) die Ausführung von Leistungen in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind;
c) die Zahl der in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren jahresdurchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitskräfte, gegliedert nach Berufsgruppen;
d) die dem Unternehmer für die Ausführung der zu vergebenden Leistung zur Verfügung stehende technische Ausrüstung;
e) das für die Leitung und Aufsicht vorgesehene technische Personal;
f) die Eintragung in das Berufsregister ihres Sitzes oder Wohnsitzes;
g) andere, insbesondere für die Prüfung der Fachkunde geeignete Nachweise.

Gebühr: 34,00 EUR für das Leistungsverzeichnis.
Bei Abholung oder schriftlicher Anforderung ist die Einzahlungsquittung mit Bankstempel, Online-Überweisung (Kopie) vorzulegen.
Die Vergütung ist auf das Konto 331 der Stadtkasse Mainz bei der Sparkasse Mainz (BLZ 550 501 20) unter Angabe des Kassenzeichens „5.1054.000130.6“ zu überweisen.
