Nebenangebote sind zulässig, entsprechend den Verdingungsunterlagen (Formblatt Nr. 631).
Angebote sind in schriftlicher Form, in einem verschlossenen Umschlag bei der Zentralen Vergabestelle einzureichen.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass bei Nichtvorlage der Angaben und Formalitäten, die erforderlich sind, um die Einhaltung der Auflagen für die Teilnahmebedingungen zu überprüfen, die Bewerbung vorbehaltlich des § 19 EG Abs. 2 VOL/A ausgeschlossen wird.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Erkennt ein Bewerber.
Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, so hat er diese spätestens innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen nach Kenntniserlangung gegenüber dem Auftraggeber zu rügen. §§ 101a und 107 Abs. 3 GWB bleiben unberührt.
