Das Klinikum Siloah liegt im Süden der Stadt an dem Gewässer Ihme. Auf dem Gelände sind mehrere Baukörper angesiedelt. Das neue Klinikgebäude wird im Südosten des Geländes, in Nachbarschaft der bestehenden und im Betrieb stehenden Krankenhausgebäude, größtenteils in einem Freigelände gelegen, erstellt.
