Sicherheit für die Vertragserfüllung EVM (B) ZVB/E Nr. 22.1 ist in Höhe von 5 % der Auftragssumme zu leisten, sofern die Auftragssumme mindestens 250 000 EUR beträgt.
Die für Mängelansprüche zu leistende Sicherheit EVM (B) ZVB/E Nr. 22.2 beträgt 3 % der Auftragssumme einschließlich erteilter Nachträge.

— die dem Unternehmer für die Ausführung der zu vergebenden Leistung zur Verfügung stehende technische Ausrüstung,
— das für die Leitung und Aufsicht vorgesehene technische Personal,
— Prüfzeugnisse der Betonwerksteinmateralien.
